The SFU Plaza renewal was a vast project bringing the giant concrete plaza to life. BOJ Construction gained a reputable name for quality and excellence with both the project management team and the Architect, for design, fabrication, and installation of both freestanding, and built-in-place hardwood furniture. Designed and built with highest grade stainless steel frames and around 20,000 ft of exotic 'Ipe' hardwood, the furniture boasts a robust appearance with the quality that will last a lifetime.

BOJ also took on the challenge of creating an architects dream of a suspended vertical soffit panel system with an appearance of hanging in mid air. The soffit panels were made of the highest grade breathable membrane and 45,000ft of straight grain western red cedar, and concealed stainless fasteners.
